Despite my name implying otherwise, I was born and raised in London, England (to Polish parents.)
I taught English as a foreign language for four years in South Korea, from 2010 - 2014. Although I initially only
went for a year to experience the culture, I soon realised I had a real passion for teaching and decided to stay
longer so as to gain more experience.
I returned to London to study for my CELTA, I worked at a summer school and now I am very happy to be teaching in
Lodz. I always wanted to live in the country of my parents at some point, and being able to continue my career as
well as connect with Poland and Polish culture and people is so far proving to be a wonderful experience.
I love teaching children as they have inquisitive and interested (as well as interesting) minds and as English
becomes more and more the lingua franca of the world, I am grateful to have the opportunity to help future
generations learn - hopefully having fun along the way.
